Nathan Flood is the Founder and CEO of Hexalinks Solutions, where he leads the company’s mission to modernize businesses through Microsoft technologies.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family, catching Braves games, and diving into a good DIY project for friends and family.

Chief Technology Officer

Dale is an inventive technologist and product driver who can take ideas from concept to market.

Dale has held senior level positions at Silicon Valley companies such as Cisco Systems, Google, Twilio, Dell and a number of innovative startups. He holds over 20 patents.

Vice-President Sales

Matt Gerding is a seasoned enterprise sales leader.

With nearly 30 years of experience in sales, business development, CRM solutions, and Dynamics 365 implementation, complemented by an MBA in Technology Management and multiple Microsoft certifications, he has fueled growth and profitability for companies from Fortune 500 giants to small businesses.

When not steering revenue strategies, Matt indulges his love of history and flying as a private pilot, often inspired by his grandfather’s WWII glider infantry service while navigating the skies.

Chief Marketing Officer

Liz brings over 15 years of experience in the marketing industry. Her unique blend of industry insight and marketing expertise makes her a valuable partner for growing businesses like Hexalinks, where she leads marketing strategy, branding, content development and digital positioning.

Co-Chair, Board of Directors

John is chairman of JNO Technology and Science Accelerator and co-chair of Hexalinks, a JNO portfolio company. He is a former public company chair and CEO with 26 years of board leadership. John has had a decade-long applied research partnership with Cornell University MPS – Quant (IVY league) and has raised $175M in early stage startup capital.

John served on the Board of Directors for Bethesda Lutheran Church Charities; a 65-year-old national Lutheran nonprofit that employs 4000 professionals housing and helping the disabled evangelizing the Lutheran faith. John led the Capital Campaign for Christ Lutheran Church and General Partner in an entrant in the Indianapolis 500.

Stuart is a distinguished leader in financial services, wealth management, artificial intelligence, and technology, boasts a rich tapestry of experience across corporate, international, and early stage domains. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, Artificial Intelligence and Fintech, M&A analysis, early-stage company development, broker-dealer operations and packaged investment products.

He was Chief Executive Officer at Arria NLG, leading the company to a London Stock Exchange AIM listing, and held senior level positions at AIG Advisor Group, AIG Financial Advisor Services and Nuveen Investments.  Stuart holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago
